This event will be run on one of the toughest terrains possible and will include wading through waist deep water-filled pits, crossing mud-filled tracks, scrabbling up and down near vertical mud covered hills and dealing with lots of mud. Oh and don’t forget the miles of woodland and track you will need to get round, the muddiest and wettest 8 mile run you will ever do! There are no mile markers and only one water station. You will have to be fit, determined and willing to go beyond your limits. Do you have what it takes to complete ? If you have run  you'll love this.

  The Obstacle Race 31st October 2010 near Norwich    click here to    .

This event takes place at an equestrian centre with over 160 acres of beautiful undulating countryside. This grassland course has dozens of different man made obstacles including 3 superb natural water jumps and there are some tough hills to negotiate. The 10km run will include all of the tough jumps and hills, you will need to be fit, flexible and up fro the chase! The 5km run will be a selection of obstacles, water crossings and hills, don't worry it will be tough and alot of fun!
